  老外更在意的,并不是你工廠的ISO9001之類的東西,這些都是虛的。如果你是一個不錯的工廠,被哪些大客人驗過廠,比ISO重要100倍!

  如果你通過BSCI驗廠,或者Disney驗廠,或者Wal-mart驗廠,那就把這句寫上去!

  如:We already passed the factory audit from BSCI, with the scores ***  (BSCI驗廠是有分數的,而且德國Lidl指定BSCI驗的,如果你分數還不錯,說明你的產品已經能進德國主流市場了。相比之下,BV和SGS之類的就稍微弱一點點。)

  當時一共寫給6個不同的客人這樣一封開發信,內容完全一樣,只是對方姓名不同。所謂的某美國客人下過大單,完全是編的,只是給客人一個感覺,美國佬很喜歡這款產品,下過很大的訂單哦,你們看看,是不是歐洲市場也能賣一點?最后一句“Call me, let's talk more”是我故意這樣寫的,因為很少有客人會打電話給一個陌生人,但是這句話寫上去讓人感覺會大大不一樣,首先就是這個人很有自信,其次就是他是有誠意的,不是群發的郵件。

  開發信要點:

  說明三點即可:你來自哪里,做什么的,有什么優勢

  1..簡短;

  2.正文中最好不要帶網址,否則很容易被外國服務器攔截;

  3.少用主動語態,多用被動語態

  寫email時常范的錯誤:

  1)郵件寫得過長。

  2)沒有明確的主題。一個不明確的主題,會讓客人根本沒興趣去打開陌生人的郵件。這個就需要經驗了,內容要言簡意賅,直接吸引客人通過主題去點開郵件,目的就達到了。至于他看了以后有沒有反應,就要看實際情況和你內容的功力了。有些人寫郵件會這樣設置主題:“we are the manufacturer of lights”,又或者“need cooperation”,或者“Guangdong *** trading company ltd”,或者“price list for lights-Guangdong *** trading company ltd”等等,一看就知道是推銷信。當你一個禮拜就收到一封推銷信,你可能會有興趣看看,但是如果你一天收到N封推銷信,估計就會很厭煩,直接刪掉算是客氣的了。所以如何把主題寫好,讓客人知道這是封推銷信,還是要忍不住打開看看?就要根據之際情況來判斷了。

  舉個例子吧,假設我是做太陽能燈的公司DEF Co. Ltd,目前公司最大的客人是美國的Home Depot,盡管可能是通過貿易商做的,不是直接合作,但是完全可以當作一個開發新客人的籌碼!如果我要寫一封開發信給美國的ABC inc(這個名字是我編的),我從google上了解了一些這個公司的信息,知道他們是美國的進口商,有做太陽能燈系列,希望能試著開發這個客人,我一般會這樣寫主題,“Re: ABC inc/Home Depot vendor-solar light/DEF Co., Ltd.”

  其中,ABC inc代表了客人的公司名,你在寫給他的主題上首先加上他公司名,表示對他們公司的尊重;Home Depot vendor-solar light明確表示你是北美第二大零售商Home Depot的太陽能燈供應商,既表明了實力,也勾起他的興趣;最后的DEF Co., Ltd.代表自己公司。這樣一來,假設你找對了人,這個正是ABC公司太陽能燈的buyer,又或者是他的某一個主管,突然某一天收到這么一個主題的郵件,哇,home depot的供應商找上來了,太棒了,應該看看是不是有合作機會,是不是比原有供應商更好?他打開郵件的概率會非常非常大!再說了,這個主題設置的還有一個好處,就是客人即使暫時不回你郵件,只是放在收件箱里,但是將來某一天他突然想讓你報報價,很容易就能找到這封郵件!只要關鍵詞輸入home depot,保證一下子就找到。

  3)長篇大論的公司或工廠介紹。

  有朋友會反問,那是不是完全不寫呢?我的回答是,也不一定,要看具體情況。如果你的公司有突出的優勢,可以寫,但是最好一筆帶過就可以了??梢哉庋矗篧e supply solar lights for Home Depot with high quality and competitive price. Hope to cooperate with you!
